The aim of this introductory workshop is to help you explore mindfulness from an empirically proven perspective. We will de-mystify, simplify, and learn a science-based framework for strengthening your awareness and developing your practice.
Whether you are already experienced with mindfulness or a complete newcomer to the concept, this workshop will add clarity that can help make your practice simpler and deeper.
This is a live workshop so you will have the opportunity to practice as well as get answers to your questions from a trained professional - yours truly 😊

👉 Completed MBSR Teacher Foundations at Brown University.
👉 Completed MBSR Teacher Training Practum at University of California San Diego.
👉 Master’s of Science in Applied Positive Psychology candidate.
