Hi, I'm Hashim
I’ve been practicing mindfulness for 7+ years and I’ve dedicated the past 16-months to studying mindfulness through a scientific lens at Brown University and the University of California San Diego.
My focus on mindfulness comes from seeing its power personally as well as through my studies in the Applied Positive Psychology Master’s Program.
